March 11th, April 8th, May 13th and June 10th
If you
cannot attend meetings, we have many events, programs and fundraisers where you
can volunteer to help out. This is a
great way to take part and support the school.

joined yet? Membership is only $5.00 per year for a
family. Membership forms are available
at school. Please contact any board
member for information.
Fall Fundraiser: Mark your calendars. Orders will be
delivered on November 14th and distributed between

The Reading At Home Kickoff was held
September 27th Students’ had
a great time and were enthusiastic about starting the program. Thanks to the volunteers who came and helped
out. Please encourage your children to read and return folders to their
monitors each week. Let’s make spare time for reading. Congratulations
to the following students who met the six hour goal:

Ice Cream Social: The ice cream social was held Friday,
October 12th and was a huge success.
Thanks to all the teachers who helped out and thanks to Mr. Murphy and
Mrs. Marohn for coordinating this fun evening.
And a HUGE thank you to Dari Farms for donating all the ice cream this
year. Mindy and Justin’s grandpa works
at Dari Farms which makes it a very special gift to the school.
Room Parents Tea: Room Parents Tea was held on October 17. Thank you to Jill Welti for coordinating this
program (and baking us cookies!)
Teachers and parents planned holiday celebrations and organized the
emergency phone call tree. We still need
four more parents who could help make telephone calls if the school needs to
close early for any reason. If you are
able to help, please contact Jill Welti 871-7444 or Dr. Dwyer 896-2322.
Butter Braids: Orders have been taken and delivery will be October
30 from
Gift Cards: Once again, the PTO will be providing an opportunity to purchase
gift cards just in time for the holidays.
A list of establishments will be sent home soon for your perusal. This year, LL Bean, Cabela’s, Starbuck’s,
Kohl’s and many more will be available.
Book Fair: Mark your calendars for this years’ book fair
which will be held during conferences December 4th – 7th. We need volunteers for this fundraiser;
setting up, working during fair hours, and packing up. Please contact Pam Moffitt at 871-0395 for
additional information. Note: Proceeds from the book fair supply the book
rewards for the reading at home program, classroom books and library materials.
Cultural Arts: On November 9th Mimetime will be coming
to
Box Tops
for Education
The first
submission of box tops was sent in recently.
We will keep you posted on the results!
