Sports Teams

For students planning to try out or join a sports team in 2007-2008, please note that medical eligibility is a condition of participation. A physical is required each year. A completed physical form must be on file in the nurse’s office and must be valid through the end of the season in which the student-athlete intends to participate.

Sports Physicals

Sports Physicals will be held at EHS in the nurse's office. The cost is $20.00. Physicals have been scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, August 5 : 8:00 am - 11:00 am Appointments needed
Please call 896-2352 to schedule an appointment time.

Thursday, August 14: 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm - First come first served
