School Registration
Kindergarten Registration (for the 2013-14) School Year
All children who turn five years of age on or before December 31, 2013 are eligible to enter kindergarten in the fall of 2013. Registration is completed at the elementary school serving students in the residential area in which the child lives in. If unfamiliar with which school your child will attend, please call our Administration Building at 860-896-2300, ext. 110 for more information.
Parents should bring to registration a copy of the child’s birth certificate and/or baptismal certificate and proof of residency (a copy of a utility bill, a mortgage statement or valid lease agreement). Upon registration, parents will be asked to complete the registration form, fluoride participation form and a health information form.
A health assessment is required for all students entering kindergarten. Physicals should be dated no earlier than September 1, 2012. A Health Assessment Record form will be given to parents upon registration.
2013-14 Registration Form
Registration for students in grades 1-12

All students in gr. 5 and 6 attend Windermere Intermediate School; gr. 7 and 8 attend Ellington Middle School; and gr. 9 to 12 attend Ellington High School.

- Registration and Contact Information Form
- Release of Records Form – if transferring from another school
- Fluoride Participation Form
- Health Information for Registration Form
- Health Assessment Record Form if necessary
