For those of you new to Gmail and Google Calendar, the following guides are a good introduction.

Guide to getting started with Google Calendar

There are some things that will need to be re-setup after the migration is complete. Below is a list, each item with a link to a how to guide.

Email signatures will need to be re-created
Any rules on your inbox will need to be recreated
If there are any delegates that manage your calendar, they will have to be re-setup

Phones will have to be re-setup to connect to gmail after the migration is complete on July 7th. Below are directions.

Your desktop computers at school/office will be set up to connect to Microsoft Outlook. Technology staff will be available to help with this. If you would like to get it set up before our staff can get to it, below are the directions.
