Dear Members of the Ellington Community:

As most of you are aware, the Ellington Board of Education is involved in the process of selecting a new superintendent of schools.

The Board has selected CES Executive Searches to assist us in the search process to find the best candidate to be Ellington’s next superintendent of schools. To that end, you will find a link in this email that will bring you to a community survey to gather your thoughts, ideas, and input on what qualities and expertise you feel are important for the next superintendent to possess. Your input is critical and valuable and will assist us in our search process.

Executive Search Survey - Ellington Public School Superintendent Search

The survey will close on Thursday, March 26, and we hope that you will take the time to offer your input. In addition, there will be two focus groups that will be held on Zoom, where you can provide your input. These will run for forty-five minutes and will be held on Tuesday, March 17, at 8:15 a.m., and Monday, March 23, at 5 p.m. If you are interested, you can contact the Board of Education office at info@ellingtonschools.net or 860-896-2300 to obtain the Zoom link.
