The Balance Project
The Balance Project

We are a group of parents, teachers, and community leaders concerned about the effect of technology on our youth. Research has shown again and again how phones, social media, and a lack of real-world experiences are contributing to a global mental health crisis. Our goal is to advocate for change and create a community that raises happy, well-rounded, and well-adjusted people.
Interested in being part of the change?
We meet on the final Tuesday of every month at Ellington Middle School.
