Dear Center School Families,
I hope this message finds you well. I am thrilled to share with you just how incredible our first two days of school were! The energy and enthusiasm that filled our halls and classrooms was truly inspiring. I hope you felt the same way when your children were picked up on our playground or when they got off the bus.
From the excited reunions between students and teachers to the joy of exploring new learning and activities, every moment was evidence of the strong sense of community we have here at Center.
I want to extend my sincere thank you to all of our families for your partnership in making this short week a success! To see so many of you at arrival taking pictures, laughing, and smiling was memorable. A special welcome and thank you to our new families in Kindergarten, and those who are new to Ellington!
Your family involvement throughout the entire school year will make a significant difference in the success of our students, and I am grateful for your continued trust in us. I urge you to always reach out, as together we can focus on connecting, communicating, and caring.
As we look to the rest of the school year, I am confident that together, we will create many more memorable opportunities for growth.
Thank you once again for making our first week truly amazing. Here's to a fantastic year ahead!
Warm regards,
Michael P. Verderame
