Dear Center School Families,
What an excellent first full week of school we had here at Center School!
I want to personally thank all of our families who took time to visit us for our Open House. The evening event allowed everyone a chance to engage in the sights and sounds of Center School. We hope that you found the experience a valuable one.
For returning families, please feel free to share any comparable feedback regarding our approach to Open House this year. As you likely noticed, it was much earlier than in the past, it was truly an Open House, and it allowed students and families to attend. We are always looking to grow, so we would greatly appreciate any and all feedback.
Please note that there is no school on Monday, September 7, 2026. Also, next Friday is a shortened school day for Professional Development. Following that, we are looking forward to creating some consistency as we embark on consecutive full weeks of school.
I'd like to personally thank the PTO, especially our PTO Board, for their planning and execution of our Golf Tournament Fundraiser. The 1st annual tournament was a HUGE success. There was great weather, a lot of laughs, excellent food, some good and some not so good golf :), and twenty foursomes who participated! Thank you to Ellington Ridge for being an amazing host!
